Park View Road

Park View Road has been home to Welling United since 1977, having previously housed both Bexley United and Bexleyheath & Welling, when it was also know as 'The Town Ground'. Back in 1977 the ground had been unoccupied for some time and a lot of work was required to bring it up to an acceptable standard. The ground has retained a lot of its character though in 2002 a new seated stand was built on the east side of the ground. This has left no covering on the terraces but in March 2003 the Wings Project Committee was launched with the aim of raising the funds required to cover the road end of the ground.

Click on the camera logos on the ground plan below to get a 360º panoramic view of the stadium from that point. Hi-res panoramas are approximately 500K, the low-res ones approximately 125K.
